Ivan Claudio Rosero, 27, was caught in Philadelphia on June 6, 2023, according to the Lebanon District Attorney's office.
He confessed to detectives that he was involved in the shootings that killed 8-year-old Jesus Perez-Salome, 9-year-old Sebastian Perez- Salome, and 19-year-old Joshua Lugo-Perez, "he drove himself and the other shooters to and from the murders in the white BMW. Rosero admitted he possessed a gun and fired multiple rounds during the homicide," as stated in the release the morning after his arrest.
Authorities have also arrested his girlfriend Tiffany Koziara, 34, who lent her boyfriend Rosero her white BMW to use in the shooting, which he later used to flee to Philadelphia, according to the DA.
The Lebanon SWAT team conducted a warranted search of her home at 34 Cumberland Street, on June 3, the DA explained.
Koziara, 34, has been charged with Hindering the Apprehension of a Fugitive as she "knowingly provided false information to investigators as to her contact with Rosero and his whereabouts on June 3, 2023, and booked a hotel room for herself and Rosero the same weekend as the search warrant," the DA said.
She has been held on $225,000 in the Lebanon County Jail, according to her court docket.
US Marshals found Rosero and the BMW in Philadelphia, according to the DA.
Ivan Claudio Rosero has been charged with multiple counts of Homicide, Conspiracy, and firearm offenses, the DA said.
Rosero has a criminal record and has served prison time after a negotiated guilty plea for Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats With the Intent To Terrorize Another, and Disorderly Conduct Engaging In Fighting, in 2017, according to his court records.
The death penalty is being sought against Rosero and one of the other killers 22-year-old Alex Torres Santos– who was under house arrest at the time of the shooting. The third accused killer, 16-year-old James Ferandez-Reyes does not face the possibility of the death penalty simply because "state and federal law prohibit the District Attorney from seeking the death penalty against the third shooter," the DA clarified in the latest release.
